These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RunSchool platform ("Platform"), a School SaaS (Software as a Service) solution designed to streamline school management. b. Payment Terms:
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By subscribing to the Platform, you authorize RunSchool to charge you for the selected subscription plan.

RunSchool strives to maintain high service availability. However, the Platform may experience downtime due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.
